Operational Terms Agreement

Legal conditions regulating user participation within the simulated defense environment.

User Registration Protocol

Access to the Cosmic Defenders system establishes a legally binding agreement with the Administrative Authority ("Authority"). This document constitutes the entirety of the terms and supersedes all prior arrangements or communications.

Eligibility requires users to be at least 18 years of age. Users below this threshold must obtain documented authorization from a legal guardian. System access confirms compliance with age requirements or possession of such authorization.

The Authority retains the right to amend these terms at its discretion. Continued system use post-amendment indicates acceptance of updated conditions. Significant changes will be communicated via the primary access portal.

Access Credential Regulations

Users are accountable for securing their access credentials. All actions executed under a user's identifier are attributed to that user. Detection of unauthorized access must be reported immediately to the Authority via designated channels.

User access may be terminated at the Authority's discretion under the following conditions:

  • • Breach of any stipulated terms
  • • Conduct deemed detrimental to system integrity or user community
  • • Attempts to compromise security measures or manipulate system operations
  • • Use of automated tools to gain operational advantages
  • • Actions jeopardizing system stability

The Authority reserves unilateral authority over access termination decisions.

Intellectual Property Specifications

All system components, including visual assets, operational designs, audio elements, and procedural frameworks, are protected under applicable intellectual property regulations.

Users are granted a non-transferable, limited license for personal, non-commercial use of these components. No ownership rights are conferred, and all unallocated rights remain with the Authority.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of system assets is prohibited and may result in access termination and legal action under applicable jurisdictions.

Operational Conduct Standards

Users must comply with the following conduct requirements during system operations:

  • • Maintain respectful interaction across all communication platforms
  • • Refrain from hostile or disruptive language
  • • Prohibit disclosure of personal or third-party identification data
  • • Avoid topics unrelated to operational objectives
  • • Abstain from manipulating system functions or exploiting irregularities
  • • Report anomalies via designated reporting mechanisms

The Authority may monitor interactions to ensure compliance, with violations potentially resulting in suspension or termination of access.

Liability Constraints

The system is provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantees of continuous, secure, or error-free operation.

The Authority shall not be liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, arising from system use or inaccessibility, regardless of prior notification.

Total liability for claims related to system use shall not exceed any amounts paid by the user for access during the relevant period, if applicable.

Acknowledge Operational Responsibilities

Continued system access confirms comprehension and acceptance of these terms. Compliance ensures sustained operational integrity.
